My order was cancelled without my permission.
There are a couple reasons as to why an order may be canceled:
Unfortunately, the stock update is not instantly reflected on our website after checkout. We do our best to try to update the inventory hourly. However, if multiple customers order the same item within a very short time frame, the website does not have time to reflect the accurate inventory. Do not worry, an email will be sent to inform you of this cancellation, and you will not be charged. The Pending Authorization on your account will be reversed within the next 3-5 business days.
Fraud prevention restrictions, we reserve the right to review and deny any order that may not comply with payment, billing, shipping or inventory requirements.
Please check that your card details are entered exactly as they appear on the payment card, including your full name, CVV number, card number and your billing address as provided to your credit card issuer.
