Q. My order was cancelled without my permission.

My order was cancelled but I am still seeing a pending charge.


An authorization hold is placed on your account after an an order attempt has been made. If for some reason this order was cancelled, the authorization hold will drop off within 3-5 business days. It has been more than 5 business days since your was cancelled and the hold has not been released from your account, please contact us here and one of our agents will be more than happy to further assist you with this matter. 


My order was cancelled but all of the items are still in stock.
