My order did not come with a return label or form; can you send a new one?




To obtain a New Return Slip / Return Form please follow the instructions below:

Return Procedure on Desktop

 

1. Log In to your UNIQLO.com Account.

 To Log In, click here

2. Once Logged in,  Select [ORDER HISTORY]  

3. Click on the [RETURNS] button next to the order you want to return.

4. Select the items you wish to return by clicking [RETURN THIS ITEM]

5. Select a [Reason for Return] & click continue.

6. You MUST click [DOWNLOAD] to be able to move onto next steps.

7. After clicking [DOWNLOAD],  Your return screen should now show  a Link to generate the label that says “Create the label with FedEx or USPS

8. Once on the FedEx site, please fill in the required fields:
(Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number & Shipment Number) 
*Shipment Number is located on Step 7 Page.

9. Once all required information is entered, please review the information and click SUBMIT.

10. You will receive an email from FedEx with the Return Label you can print out.

(Within that email, there will also be a QR code you can take to a FedEx Location where they can help you print the return label if needed) 

The Label is FedEx Smartpost which means you can drop off at USPS and FedEx Locations

Return Procedure on Mobile

  

1. Log In to your UNIQLO.com Account.

To Log In, click here
 


2.Once Logged in, Select [ORDER HISTORY]

 

3. Click on the [RETURNS] button next to the order you want to return.


4. Select the items you wish to return by clicking [RETURN THIS ITEM

5. Select a Reason for return & click continue.

6. You MUST click [DOWNLOAD] to be able to move onto next steps.

7. Once you download the Return Slip you will need to EXIT OUT of screen and go back to Original Return’s Window

 

 

8. Once you return the original Return Window, there should now be a Link to generate the label that says “Create the label with FedEx or USPS”



9.Once on the FedEx site,  Fill in the required fields (Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number and Shipment Number) 
[Please Note] Shipment Number is located on Step 9 Page.

10. Once all required information is entered, please review the information and click SUBMIT.

11. You will receive an email from FedEx with the Return Label you can print out. The Label is FedEx Smartpost which means you can drop off at USPS and FedEx Locations.

*Disclaimer: For Smartphone users, if you are not able to view your return slip, simply click the backspace button.  Your return slip will be able to be viewed. *
