What is In Store Pick Up? 


In Store Pick Up provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your UNIQLO online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, having your order shipped to the store is free of charge. 

Our online store offers a much more extensive range of products that are not available in stores, such as extended sizes (in select products), custom shirts, and the UNIQLO maternity and baby ranges of products. While these are not available in store, you can use our In Store Pickup service to place orders for these items and product ranges. All details of the service are listed below. 

In Store Pick Up is available in select UNIQLO stores, with more store locations coming soon. Simply enter your zip code at check out to select your nearest store.  

Please note: When selecting "In Store Pick Up" at checkout some store locations may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand or limited storage space. 

How does it work?  

Go to UNIQLO.com and start shopping. Choose the In Store Pick Up option at checkout. Pick up your order in store as early as three business days later. You will be notified via email once your package arrives in store. 

How much does it cost?  


In Store Pick Up is FREE. There is no cost to you. You'll get free shipping on all In Store Pick Up orders. 

What happens if I do not pick up my order?  


Your items will be delivered to the UNIQLO store of your choice within 3 to 7 business days. You will be notified via email once your order is ready. You will also receive a ready for pick up email reminder on the 4th day. If you do not pick up the order by the 7th day, your order will be shipped back to our warehouse for a refund. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days from when the items are returned back to the warehouse for the refund to be processed. 

Can I place an In Store Pick Up Order during Holidays? 


All In Store Pick Up orders placed before or on a holiday, during inventory days, or during days in which stores are holding special events will require an additional business day to the estimated delivery date. 

Why is the store that I want to select for In Store Pick Up not showing up at checkout? 


If the store is not available for "in-store pick up", the store is currently not offering that option at this time. Please select another store close to you or try again tomorrow.  

Will I be notified when my order arrives in store?   


Yes, you will receive an email notification once your order arrives in the store and is prepared for pick up. 

What should I bring to pick up my order?  


Please bring your pickup email and a photo I.D. to pick up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you with picking up your order. 

How long do I have to pick up my order from the store?   


You have 7 calendar days to retrieve your package. A ready for pick-up email reminder email will be sent on the 4th day. After 7 calendar days, your order will be shipped back to our warehouse for a refund. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days from when the items are returned back to the warehouse for the refund to be processed. 

Can I cancel my in store pick up order?   


Our window for order cancellation is limited, usually up to 30 minutes from when the order has been processed within our system, and even within this time frame it is not guaranteed. If it has been less than 30 minutes, please click here for instructions on how to cancel your order.

Please note: If your order is ineligible for cancellation, you may pick up your order and ask for a return to be processed in store.

Alternatively, after 7 calendar days, your order will be shipped back to our warehouse for a refund. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days from when the items are received in the warehouse an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.   

I never received confirmation that my order was ready for pick up.    


No need to worry! It can take 3-5 business days for the items to be delivered to the store and an additional 1-2 business day for the store associates to prepare your order. If it's been more than 9 business days since your order was placed, please contact us at 1-855-486-4756 or email us at wecare@uniqlo-usa.com and one of our agents will be more than happy to further assist you! 

I did not pick up my order, but I have not received a refund yet.  


After seven calendar days, your order will be shipped back to our warehouse for a refund. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days from when the items are returned back to the warehouse and 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.  

I went to pick up my order and they did not have all of the items I ordered; can I be refunded?

The item I received in my in store pick up order was wrong.

Can someone else pick up my order from the store?
