How to Extend Pickup Deadline for In Store Pickup Orders
Can I extend my pick-up time?
Yes! if you need more time to pick up your order, you can request a one-time extension for another 7 calendar days as long as your order is within the pickup time frame.
Step 1. To request an extension, please use the Chatbot button below and type "Extend my order." You will see a message that will provide you instructions on how to extend your order.
Step 2. Please press the [Check if the order holding period can be extended] button to be directed to your orders.
Step 3. Please press the [Extend my Order] button present on your order. You will receive another prompt to extend your order for an additional sevens with the ability to confirm the request. From there, you will receive confirmation that the deadline has been extended!
Please Note:
- If the order is not picked up within 7 calendar days of the delivery to the store, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Note that the refund may take up to 14 days to be processed.
