Where do I return my online order?

・All online orders placed on UNIQLO.com that were paid with Pay-In Store option must be returned back to the original UNIQLO Store location where the payment was completed.

・All online orders placed on UNIQLO.com that were paid with Credit/Debit Card/Paypal/Apple pay must be mailed back to the warehouse within 30 days of the Order-Date to be processed for a return and refund.

Steps to Generate Return Slip & Return Label

1. Log Into your UNIQLO.com account.
Please click the link to log into your UNIQLO.com account https://bit.ly/UQOrderHistory
If you are already logged in, you will be taken to the screen shown in Step 2.

2. Click the [RETURNS] button next to the order you wish to return. |

3. Click [RETURN THIS ITEM] for the items you want to return.

4. Select the correct quantity, and reason for return and click [RETURN THIS ITEM].

5. Once all items you want to return are selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click [CONTINUE].

6. Download and print the return slip, and click [CONTINUE] to proceed to create a Return Shipping Label

7. Click [CREATE THE LABEL] to transfer to the FedEx.com site to start the label creation.
* Although the site is FedEx.com, you can take the label to any USPS or FedEx Location

8. Enter all required information and click [COUNTINUE] to create your label.

9. Once you have entered all information, and click Submit Information.

10. You will then be able to Print your return label. An email will also be sent to you from the email noreply@Fedex.com.
The subject line will read "Your return shipping label from UNIQLO USA LLC is ready."



Can I re-print my Return Slip?
Yes, you can re-print your return slip! To re-print your return slip follow these steps:
Step 1: Under Order History, click the [RETURNS] button next to the order you wish to return.

Step 2: Click Return details on the Returns Page
Step 3: Click [View Return Slip]

Can I re-print my Return Shipping Label?
Yes, you can re-print your return shipping label! To re-print your return shipping label follow these steps:
Step 1: Under Order History, click the [RETURNS] button next to the order you wish to return.

Step 2: Click Return details
Step 3: Click the blue hyperlink "Find the return instructions, prepaid label button, and shipment number."
On the following page click "CREATE THE LABEL" and this will take you to the FedEx.com site.

Can I cancel my return request?
Yes! If you have changed your mind, or want to add/remove items from your Return Request you can do so by cancelling your return.
To cancel your return shipping label follow these steps:
Step 1: Under Order History, click the [RETURNS] button next to the order you wish to return.

Step 2: Click Return details
Step 3: Click the [CANCEL RETURN] button
Step 4: You will be asked to confirm, if you would like to cancel the request.
Once this is complete, you will be able to start the returns process once again adding/removing items.

What if I do not have a printer?
If you do not have a printer for your return label do not worry! Once you generate our UNIQLO Prepaid return shipping label, FedEx will send you an email from noreply@Fedex.com.
The subject line will read "Your return shipping label from UNIQLO USA LLC is ready."
This email will contain a QR code you can scan at select FedEx location where they will print out the return label for you.
