Store Purchases | How to Return & Exchange
If you are unable to physically return your item to a UNIQLO store, you may mail the item back to any of the store locations below.
Please be sure to send your item to the closest store to your location.
Important:
・Any items returned without a receipt, do not meet our guidelines for a return, will be mailed back to the customer.
・You are responsible for shipping charges.
・We do not accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased at a physical UNIQLO store location.

What is your policy on in store exchanges?
- Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size.
- Merchandise sold as final sale may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
- For exchanges you will need to bring the item to the store.
