How do I know if my order was delivered?

How do I know if my order was received?

In your order tracking email, you should see your order marked as "delivered". Alternatively, you can check directly on the carriers’ website to check its latest status. Your recent order may take longer to reach you than expected due to unexpected processing delays. Please be assured we are working hard to process your order and will send an updated shipping confirmation to your inbox soon. Please allow an additional 3 days beyond the original delivery commitment for the order to be delivered. We sincerely apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

 How do I know my order was shipped?

When you place an order you will receive an email from us. The order acknowledgement will contain your order number and order details. Please note that this is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not confirmation that your purchase has been made. When your goods have been sent to you, your card will be charged and we will send you an email containing your orders tracking information, including this page will update every time there is an update in your order, including delivery details.


Alternatively, you can log into your UNIQLO account and check your [Order History] in the [Membership] section of your account.
