Hawaii Store Return Policy

Items purchased in Hawaii may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in the U.S. mainland.

Items purchased in the United States mainland, www.uniqlo.com or other countries are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustment in Hawaii.

  • Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt.
  • Alteration fees are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise sold as final sale may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size
  • One-time price adjustments can be made with the original purchase receipt up to 14 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions.
