Can I have my order gift packaged?


At this time, we do not offer gift packaging; however, you have the option to select a gift box (requires at-home assembly). Simply click on the option to add gift box at checkout.

Do you offer gift receipts? 


Gift receipts are unavailable for online orders; however, they are issued in store. Please be sure to request a gift receipt from the sales associate at the time of purchase.  


Can I send gifts to multiple addresses? 


At this time, we only allow for one shipping address per order. You will need to place a separate order for each additional address.


How can I purchase a UNIQLO gift card? 


You can purchase Gift Cards online here, or you can purchase gift cards at your local UNIQLO store in the contiguous United States.

Please note: Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country of purchase. Gift cards purchased in Hawaii cannot be redeemed in the contiguous U.S and gift cards purchased in the contiguous U.S cannot be redeemed in Hawaii. Additionally, gift cards purchased online cannot be redeemed in Hawaii stores; however, they can be redeemed on UNIQLO.com and shipped to Hawaii.  


How do I check my gift card balance? 


To check the remaining balance of your UNIQLO Gift Card you may check online here, call the toll free Gift Card Services Hotline at 1-800-987-4061 or visit any UNIQLO retail store.

Gift Card Service Hotline Instructions: After the prompt, enter your 16-digit gift card number followed by the # sign

IN-STORE: Please ask an associate at the check-out counter to check your Gift Card balance.

GiftNow® is a new and easy way to gift. It removes the stress typically associated with buying gifts — not being sure what the recipient would like, what their size is, etc. Click here for more information.


I want to return items that I received as a gift.


If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, you have two options available: 

Option1- If you received a gift receipt with your item, you may return the item for store merchandise credit or you may exchange the item for something that better suits you.   

Option 2- If you wish to return a gift received from an online order, we will have to credit the sender’s credit card for the cost of purchase. For instructions on how to return an online order, please click here
 

My gift card is not working.
