Online Orders | How to Exchange
Please review the [Exchange & Return Conditions] from Introduction | Exchange and Return Policy
FAQ before proceeding with the exchange and return procedures.

1. Go to your Purchase History and select Exchange or Return
On the UNIQLO website (desktop/mobile browser) or app, online orders are located in the [Purchase History] page.
From there, please select Exchange or Return on the online order.

2. Select Exchange or Return on the product you wish to return.
Once you are in the order selection page, you can select the item() you wish to exchange or return. For multiple items, you would need to repeat this process one at a time.

Once prompted, please select Exchange.

Once Exchange is selected, please read the information displayed regarding the exchange process itself. Please note that you will be charged for the new order.

3. Select the Reason for Exchange
Once prompted, please select the Reason for Exchange. This feedback will help us improve our products and services over time.

4. Select new color and/or size.
Once the reason for exchange is selected, please select the desired color and/or size for the item.

5. Once new item is selected, proceed to [Check Form Details] (bottom of the page)
After selecting the desired item, it will appear in the menu. Please scroll to the bottom if needed to see [Check Form Details]

6. Proceed to Payment
Please enter the payment method for the new order. Credit Card is the only option available.

Once entered, you will receive a exchange request confirmation.

7. Once payment is completed, proceed to Return.
Once the Exchange Request is accepted, please proceed to the Return once prompted.

Once selected, you will receive a prompt to choose the Return Method. Please select Confirm Return Method after.

8. Once Return request is completed, please print Label or select QR code.
You may print out the return label. If a printer is unable, you may select the QR code option. Please note that not all FedEx offices can scan the QR code. Please visit this FedEx page for additional assistance.

Can I cancel my Exchange?
You are able to cancel your Exchange Request within the first 30 minutes after completing the Exchange Application.
To cancel your exchange:
Click on the “Details” tab, at the top of the screen
There is an option to "Cancel Return" your exchange order.
If the option is not available it means the order has passed 30 minutes and can no longer be canceled. -
Can I exchange my online order in-store?
Visit any UNIQLO USA physical store.
Provide the invoice (can be found in your Purchase History) and the product(s) in original packaging with price tags and labels.
Please note: You can only exchange for the same product in a different size or color. Stores cannot process returns for online orders.
