When will my jacket be shipped?

Our custom jackets take 10 to 14 business days to process from the date of your order. Please note that other items purchased in the same order will ship after your jacket is completed.

How will my custom jacket be shipped?

Your custom jacket will be shipped through Standard shipping. Priority and Express shipping are not available for custom jacket orders at this time.

Can I order my custom jacket with other items?

Yes! You are welcome to place an order with both a custom jacket and other items. However, please note that any items purchased with your custom jacket will be shipped once your jacket is completed. This will take between 10 to 14 business days.

Can I return my custom jacket?

We are unable to accept exchanges for your custom jacket at this time. However, you may return your current custom jacket and place a new order for your desired style and measurements.
