Q. Can I request to have my package held by the carrier?

At this time, we can only request to have packages held for orders that are being shipped through FedEx. If you would like to have your package held by the carrier, please contact us at 1-855-486-4756 or email us at wecare@uniqlo-usa.com and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs. 

Please note: This request is not guaranteed.  

For future orders, you can avoid this worry by choosing to ship your item to your local UNIQLO store or your local FedEx location.
