Q. Can I request to have my package held by the carrier?

Please Note: Ship to pick-up location is currently unavailable

At this time, we can only request to have packages held for orders that are being shipped through FedEx Home Delivery. If you would like to have your package held by the carrier, please contact us at wecare@uniqlo-usa.com and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your needs. This request is not guaranteed.

For future orders, you can avoid this worry by choosing to ship your item to your local UNIQLO store or your local FedEx location.
