You can now place a bulk order directly on our website by simply selecting the item you wish to order, the color, and size on the product page. Once you “add to bag,” change the number in the “quantity” field, and the site will check inventory in real time to let you know immediately if your desired amount is available. If your desired number is not available, we will let you know the number of items that you are able to purchase.
Bulk orders are considered to be any order that is over $1000.00 with multiple units of the same or similar products. Bulk order purchases are only available on our desktop site and not on the mobile site at this time.
A 10% discount will be applied to all bulk orders with full-priced items. Discounts are subjected to approval and are not guaranteed. Any bulk orders that are on sale or promotion will not be offered a discount. Additionally, any special collaboration items will not be offered a 10% discount until 2 weeks after the launch date.
Returns are not accepted on bulk orders, unless in the case of damaged or defective items. For questions, please contact our Bulk Order team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this time, we do not offer customization or printing for bulk order items.
Currently, we are not able to ship to a freight forwarding address.
Due to the additional necessary processing time, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days on top of the standard processing time frame to fulfill your order. Your order will be shipped out once your order has been fully processed in the shipping method that was selected.
At this time, we can only accept bulk orders made on desktop computers.
Our assortment is updated in real time, so you will be able to order the quantity on the site up to the maximum inventory available. If for some reason the quantities you are looking for are not available, please send an email to email@example.com.
