What are bulk orders, and how do I qualify for them?
Bulk orders are a special service we provide to corporate companies or large groups.
To be considered a bulk order, the order must be over $1,000 and consist of 10 units per item—these orders cannot include sales, promotions, or special collaboration items. Any order meeting these requirements will receive 10% off.
This service is only available through UNIQLO.com or the UNIQLO app.
How long does it take for a bulk order to be completed, from request submission to delivery of goods?
- Once the request is submitted, it'll take about 3 working days to confirm inventory for the order.- Once the order is confirmed, delivery will take place within 2 weeks.
Are there any exchanges or refunds allowed for Bulk Orders?
- All Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In the event that the Goods are found to have manufacturing defects, they can be exchanged within thirty (30) days from the date of Collection subject to the following conditions: 1) The receipt is available & 2) The Goods are in the new and original condition with price tag and sticker attached.
In what cases are Bulk Orders restricted?
- Re-sale: You must not engage in re-sale, re-resale or other acts of purchasing the products for the purpose of making profits, and/or for any commercial purposes.
- In violation of Intellectual Property Rights:
UNIQLO and the UNIQLO Logo are trademarks of Fast Retailing Co Ltd (“Trade Marks”). All material on the UNIQLO website and/or any other medium, including the text, information, graphics, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to Fast Retailing Co Ltd. You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store Content or Trademarks for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of Fast Retailing Co Ltd, or as permitted by law. All rights of Fast Retailing Co Ltd are reserved.
How do I make a Bulk Order?

1. Email address associated with UNIQLO.com account : If you do not have an account, please create an account and register your billing and shipping address.
2. Shipment Address : Ship to the address which is registered as main in your address list.
Once the request is received, we will confirm product availability. You will be contacted within 3 working days.
Please note, in order for us to apply a 10% discount, we will need to place an order on your behalf. To proceed, you will be asked to save your shipping address and credit card information to your UNIQLO.com account. Due to system limitations, we may need to place multiple orders depending on number of quantity or amount.
Terms of Use
1. The Bulk Order Service (”this service”) is an online service offering 10% off the regular price for orders $1,000 and above, for corporations or organizations.
2. The conditions of use for the bulk purchase service, which differs from regular online store orders, and particular items to be observed, are shown below.
3. If an order is placed by a person under the age of 18, parental consent is required.
4. Payment for this service is to be made by credit card only.
5. With this service, products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery unless faulty.
6. Products purchased should not be resold. If products purchased by the customer are resold, UNIQLO may not be able to sell products to the customer in future.
7. Items with limited store availability are not available for bulk orders, and orders including such products may be canceled.
8. Delivery is available in the US only. If the delivery address is deemed to be an international forwarding service provider, the order will be canceled.
9. The bulk order service cannot be used for purposes of resale or profit.
