A) App holders who enter their Member ID number onto the campaign registration form (google form) during the campaign period are entered to win (Campaign period is Thursday 12/05/2024 - Sunday 12/15/2024).
Q. How will I know if I won the Giveaway?
A) One (1) winner will be selected by UNIQLO USA on December 16, 2024. The winner will be notified by app push notification, and the winner will need to fill out a Google form sent through app push and fill out their mailing address and phone number. App push notifications need to be turned on in order to receive the Giveaway prize. Prizes will be shipped to customers upon receipt of the above information via FedEx.
