US Store Return Policy 


Merchandise purchased in store may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. All merchandise returned must be returned to the location where it was originally purchased in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. 

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. Returns made with a gift receipt will be returned for a store merchandise gift card.

Alteration fees are non-refundable.

When exchanging in store please note that all merchandise must be in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.

Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size.

Items may only be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted within the country where purchase was made.

Items purchased in the contiguous United States may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in Hawaii, and items purchased in Hawaii may not be returned, exchanged, or price adjusted in the contiguous United States.


UNIQLO reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
