What is your return policy for gift returns?





If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, you have three options available: 

 

1. If you received a gift receipt with your item, you may return the item for store merchandise credit or you may exchange the item for a different size or a different item.  

2. If you wish to return a gift received from an online order, we will have to credit the sender’s credit card for the cost of purchase. For instructions on how to return an online order, please click here.

3. If you received a gift receipt with your item and you do not live close to a UNIQLO store, you may return your item by mail. Please note that if you choose this option, you will responsible for shipping charges. Please click here for instructions on how to complete this process. 

Please note: When exchanging in store all merchandise must be in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.
Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size.
