Q. Prior Return Policy

U.S Online Return Policy:
Returning to Warehouse:
Merchandise purchased on must be returned to our warehouse within 60 days of the order date found on the packing list.
Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused and unwashed) with tags attached. Packaged items may be returned even after the package has been opened; however, tags must still be attached to the item. 

To ensure timely processing, please be sure to include your return form in your return package.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

Please note: Items purchased online may not be returned, exchanged or price adjusted in Hawaii.

Returning Online Order to Store:
Online orders purchased through PayPal, ApplePay, or Instagram will receive merchandise credit if returned in store. To receive a refund to the original form of payment, the online order must be returned to the warehouse. 

Please note: You will need the original form of payment and your order return form in order to complete your return in store. 

Final Sale:

Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged
