Q. How do I exchange an item that I purchased online?

At this stage we are unable to facilitate exchanges via postal mail through our online warehouse. However, you may visit your nearest UNIQLO store (except stores in Hawaii) to arrange an exchange for your online order. With the coronavirus situation evolving daily, UNIQLO USA has introduced changes to some of our operations. Please click here for all important updates on these changes. If you are unable to visit a UNIQLO store please return your item to us via postal mail for a refund and place a new order online for the desired size or color. When exchanging in store please note that all merchandise must be in its original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.
Exchanges without an original purchase receipt will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size.
