Hawaii Store Exchange/Return Policy

Items purchased in Hawaii may not be exchanged, or price adjusted in the U.S. mainland.

Items purchased in the United States mainland, www.uniqlo.com, or other countries are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or price adjustments in Hawaii.

Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt.
Alteration fees are non-refundable.
Merchandise sold as final sale may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Exchanges will only be accepted for the same item in a different color or size
One-time price adjustments can be made with the original purchase receipt up to 14 days from the purchase date, excluding pre-advertised promotions.
